So overall i feel like DNI's don't end up doing much of their intended goal (to deter people you don't want to be interacting with away from your space) but I feel like it's important to me to at least list what I personally don't wanna interact/entangle with. I will not fight or debate with any points listed in my boundries. I live by a strong "Block and Move On" mentality online and will not stress myself out about idiots.

My TOS & Blacklist, however, I am much more deliberate with on the account of my art and designs having money, time, and effort put into it. There are things I do not wish for my work to be involved in or associated with and I ask that to be respected.

I often forget to check up on and/or vet accounts before following, so if there IS someone that I am following that contradicts anything stated below please feel free to reach out and let me know!

General Boundaries + DNI

» I WILL NOT AND DO NOT WANT TO INTERACT WITH ANYONE RELATED TO SUPREMACIST, ZIONISTIC, PROSHIP, ZOOPHILIC, PRO-AI, ANTI-QUEER, ANTI-TRANS, MEDICALLY HARMFUL, OR OTHERWISE HATEFUL & TOXIC SPACES.
WILL BE BLOCKED ON SIGHT.

» Do not involve me in needless drama (shipwars, fandomwars, in-fighting, etc.) that shit is ANNOYINGGGG. Genuine crime and harm are obviously different from that though and should have awareness and consequenses brought to it.

» I have somewhat of a hard time telling tone sometimes, please do not be overly aggressive or endearing with me. Feel free to use tone tags if needed!

» I have memory and wrist issues that may affect response/work time. Please feel free to re-message/bump me if I forget to respond. Patience is appreciated.

» I can get super excited about and/or super sensitive about whatever I enjoy or especially am hyperfixated on. Please try not to be negative if its something you personally dislike towards me, it feels like punching me in the face.

» Sometimes I "dissapear" from socials due to mental health or just lack of interest. I am still reachable if needed, can be contacted most easily via tumblr.

Art & Design TOS

» I have the right to decline a commission for any reason I deem necessary.

» I use exclusively Paypal for transactions, and all payments to me should be in USD.

» My art and designs are for personal-use only. Commercial-use can be discussed.

» Do not use any art or designs from me to justify, glorify, romanticize, or enable anything listed in the first point of my boundries box.

» Do not sell a design of mine or a design that has art from me to any person aligned with the first point of my boundries box.

» Reposting and/or using my artwork as layout/graphics is fine as long as proper credit is given. This counts for both commissioned art and fan art alike.

» Big changes to art after sketch is approved may result in extra payment. Minor changes after sketch is approved are free up to a point.

» Do not edit my finished artwork without my permission. I preserve (most of) my art files, and I would rather make any edits myself.

» Do not overprice my designs. Designs obtained for free/raffle/trade will be $0 until additional monetary value is added.

» Any and all designs of mine must have a toyhouse profile, even if primarily used off-site. This is for organizational and example purposes. I can provide site invite codes if needed, or the profile can stay with my account.

» In cases of co-owning, do not duplicate a characters profile. This is for organizational and example purposes.

» Please keep in mind that I have a job, personal projects & suffer artblock/burnout easily, I may not be the quickest with responding or making art.

» TOS is subject to change. Any additions/revisions to my TOS must be adhered to.

By obtaining any designs/art from me, you are agreeing to my TOS.
If found to be ignoring or breaking TOS, i reserve the right to any action I feel necessary to preserve the safety and wellbeing of myself & others.
